3) Write a 3-4 page paper discussing the following:
- What role does government play in the marijuana issue in California (all three levels: federal, state & local)? What are their concerns and goals?
- What role does business play in the marijuana issue in California? What are their concerns and goals?
- What role do nonprofits play in the marijuana issue in California? What are their concerns and goals?
- Has your opinion of the topic changed after watching the documentary, why or why not?
Your paper should ONLY be based on the documentary. I know that there have been a lot of changed to the issue since this film was made – however, this is the best example of how all the sectors we talk about in class interact over one issue.
